The ground-floor pool area is designed for easy outdoor living, with space for sunbathing, relaxing, dining, and enjoying long summer days by the water. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking, the full villa, and all private outdoor areas. Check-in is handled in person for key handover and a short property orientation.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. • Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed. • Please respect quiet hours, especially during the evening and night. • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarettes safely and never leave them on terraces, stone areas, or near plants. • Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing before arrival. • Children are welcome, but guests are fully responsible for their safety around the pool, stairs, terraces, and outdoor areas. • The pool is used at guests’ own responsibility. No glassware in or around the pool area. • Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors. • Please use air conditioning, heating, and in-floor heating responsibly. Keep doors and windows closed when cooling or heating is on. • Please take care of towels, cotton linens, appliances, and furniture. Any damage or excessive staining may be charged. • Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, or other objects in the toilets. • Please keep the property locked when leaving the villa. • Before check-out, please leave the villa reasonably tidy, place used towels in one area, and make sure all doors and windows are closed.

A car or arranged transfer is strongly recommended for this location. Mykonos is best explored by car, private transfer, or taxi, especially if guests plan to visit beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, beach clubs, or Mykonos Town. Walking is not the most practical option because roads in the area can be narrow, hilly, and not always pedestrian-friendly. Private parking is available at the villa. Guests arriving by taxi or transfer should use the Google Maps location and contact us in advance so we can coordinate arrival and key handover.
